Install upf-team

upf-team is the Team Host: a server you run on your own network that every engineer's UrboPulse factory streams its runs to. It shows your whole team's sessions, costs, models and results on one dashboard, live. Your code, prompts and traces never leave your network.

Coming soon. The first release of upf-team is not published yet, so the command below does not work until it is. Watch gitlab.com/urbopulse/upf-team/-/releases, or use upf on its own in the meantime: it is free and needs no host.

What your team gets

  • Model leaderboards for every agent role, the best thinking level per model and the best model per tier, with the Model Insights pack.
  • Coaching by stage, against peers on the same project, with the Person Insights pack. Off until you turn it on.

What the script does

  • Detects your operating system and processor.
  • Downloads the matching upf-team binary from gitlab.com/urbopulse/upf-team.
  • Checks its SHA-256 and our signature before it installs or runs anything.
  • Installs it into a bin directory.

Buy seats from inside the app

There is no checkout on this website. Start upf-team on the machine that will host it and open its dashboard. Until it has a license it shows no trace data, only the activation screen.

Buy seats

On the host machine, choose Buy seats. Checkout is with Stripe, where you accept the Team Subscription Terms, and the license goes straight to your host.

Already have a key?

Enterprise and offline licenses: choose I have a license key, paste it, and accept the terms on the activation screen.

  • $5 per seat per month, plus applicable tax. A seat is one person, on any number of their machines and repositories.
  • Model Insights and Person Insights: $50 per month each, plus applicable tax, per Team Host. Add them from the host machine too.

Seats, keys and packs can only be changed from the host machine. Anyone else on your network can view the dashboard. See Pricing.

Connect your engineers

  1. Each engineer installs upf on their own machine and stamps their repositories.
  2. Give each engineer a seat key from the Team Host.
  3. In their workstation visualizer, they open the Team page and enter the host's address, its port and their key.

From then on their runs stream to the host as they happen, along with their earlier history.

What the license check sends

Your license key, a random host id, the number of seats in use and the host's version. Never your code, prompts, traces, file paths or user names. If the host can't reach us it keeps working for 7 days.
