# UrboPulse

> The observable software factory. A team of agents takes a task from plan to merge or pull request, a fast typed judge called Jev checks the work between them, and every decision, model call and cost is visible. Bring your own harness and API key.

UrboPulse is stamped into your own git repository. Code owns the sequence of every run; each agent (scout, planner, checker, builder, reviewer, fixer, documenter) owns one bounded phase. Between agents, Jev, a fast typed model on TypeSafe, picks the model tier and thinking weight for each phase and checks each hand-off before the next one starts. Runs start from the UrboPulse CLI or the web visualizer at any time, or, optionally, from a label on a GitLab or GitHub issue or work item. Issue runs always arrive as a merge or pull request for a person to review.

UrboPulse is the factory around your agents, not a model reseller. Agents run in the harness you already use (Claude Code or pi), and model calls use your own API keys at your provider's rates, with no token markup. What a run costs depends on the models, tiers, thinking weights and retries you allow.
